1. Grant of License

MIDICap is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software.

You are permitted to:

• Install and use the Software on any computers you personally own or control.
• Make backup copies of the Software for personal archival purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, rent, or lease the Software to third parties.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Modify the binary executable to bypass license checks or alter functionality.

3. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, you may contact support within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

While we strive for stability, we do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

This specifically includes liability for any lost musical ideas, data corruption, or MIDI buffer loss occurring during the use of the application.
